Research Interests

My current research investigates rock and fluid interaction and its implication to P and S wave velocities, porosity, and permeability. The study use advance laboratory tools to experiment brine and CO2 flooding into reservoir carbonate rocks and integrate the analysis with field scale measurement techniques. My past work included seismic data interpretation and geological modeling for hydrocarbon exploration.
